摘 要:小区集中供热系统水力平衡调节到底能带来多大的节能效果,目前尚未有很清晰的认识,针对这一状况,本文首先分析了影响水力平衡调节节能潜力的两个主要因素:一是最不利用户的失调程度的影响,其决定了整个系统的最低供水温度,二是其他用户相比最不利用户,相对流量偏离的程度。为此,从节能角度,提出采用最不利立管水力失调度和水力离散度两个指标来度量水力失调程度。其次,本文提出了一种从统计角度模拟分析小区集中供热系统水力平衡调节节能潜力的方法,即在实际工程条件的约束下,通过随机构造足够数量的水力失调工况进行耗热量模拟,从而获得节能潜力随最不利立管水力失调度和水力离散度变化的面域。最后,以北京市某典型住宅小区上供下回供热系统为例,通过模拟定量分析了居民楼不同立管在不同水力失调度下的最大节能潜力,整体来看,按照目前供热状况,水力平衡调节平均所能取得的最大节能率为6%~8%,在实际工程中并不能完全达到理想状态,其所能取得节能量会更低。This paper studied energy conservation effect of hydraulic balance regulation of community central heating system.Firstly,two main factors that affect the energy conservation potential of hydraulic balance regulation were analyzed.One is the imbalance degree of worst consumer and the other is the relatively flow deviation degree of other consumers compared with the worst consumer.Therefore,hydraulic imbalance degree of the worst stand pipe and hydraulic dispersion were proposed as two indicators of hydraulic imbalance degree.Secondly,a method that the energy conservation potential of hydraulic balance regulation of community central heating system is analyzed statistically was proposed.That is,restrained by actual engineering conditions,an adequate number of hydraulic imbalance conditions were constructed at random to simulate the heat consumption to obtain the changing area of energy conservation potential with the hydraulic imbalance degree of the worst stand pipe and the hydraulic dispersion.Finally,based on an actual heating supply system in Beijing as an example,the maximum energy conservation potential of its hydraulic balance regulation was analyzed quantitatively by simulation with the average energy conservation rate between 6% ~ 8%.The energy conservation quantity will be lesser in real projects.
