摘　　要：对北京地区获得绿色建筑标识的项目进行调研分析,掌握绿色建筑实际运行效果及存在的共性问题。定性及定量分析结果表明:绿色建筑技术指标总体落实情况较好,绿色建筑指标落实达标率达到87.67%以上。通过达标率分析,总结出适宜北京推广的绿色技术。绿色办公建筑实际运行能耗较普通办公建筑平均能耗低15.3%。This article finds out the results of green building operation and the common problems through research and analysis these projects obtained green building identified.Analyzing from the two aspects of qualitative and quantitative,we find the overall implementation of technical index is fine and its implementation and compliance rate reached more than 87.67%,meanwhile summed suitable green technology to promotion in Beijing.We find the energy consumption of green office building than ordinary office building 15.3% lower average.
