摘　　要：本文通过分析我国绿色建筑发展的背景,国家针对绿色建筑发展的激励政策,现在绿色建筑规划及设计中存在的问题,提出了制定绿色建筑专项规划的必要性,同时介绍了常规绿色建筑专项规划编制的框架思路,并通过绿色生态城实例分析了绿色建筑专项规划的编制方案,对绿色建筑专项规划的研究将起到参考和借鉴意义。The necessities for drawing up special planning of green buildings were proposed in this paper on the basis of analyzing the background for development of green buildings in China,incentive policies which are formulated by the State for development of green buildings,the present planning of green buildings and the existing problems in the design.In addition,ideas about the framework for drawing up special planning of common green buildings was introduced.Finally,the plan compiled for special planning of green buildings was analyzed through an example of green eco-city.
