摘　　要：介绍王忠民运用澄源塞流法治疗无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血(简称功血)致中重度贫血的经验。认为功血致中重度贫血属于妇科临床急症危症,治疗中澄源最为重要,是塞流的前提,是复旧的基础。治疗上应针对功血出血不止的主因,运用澄源塞流法配合激素类药物辨治本病。WANG Zhongmin＇s experience in treating moderate to severe anemia caused by dysfunctional uterine bleeding （DUB） with Source-Clearing Bleeding-Stopping Therapy was introduced. WANG Zhongmin considers that moderate to severe anemia caused by DUB is an emergency and critical disease in gynecology. In treatment, clearing source is important and it is the premise of stopping bleeding and the basis of recovery. The Source-Clearing Bleeding-Stopping Therapy should be used combining with hormone according to the main etiology of bleeding.
