摘 要:大埋深隧道对盾构机主轴承密封性能提出了更高的要求。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench研究不同材质的压紧环密封圈在不同载荷下的受力状况,研究其密封性能。分析结果表明,压紧环唇形密封圈的密封能力与预紧载荷和材质均有关系,当预紧载荷越大,密封圈硬度值越高时,密封面的接触压力就越大,密封能力就越强。因此,为提高大埋深盾构机主轴承密封圈的密封性能,可采取以下措施:在材料方面应选择高硬度值的压紧环密封圈,必要时可增加压紧环密封圈的数量;在结构方面应适当增加压紧环的直径,保证压紧环有足够的预紧行程施加更大的位移载荷,提高密封面接触压力。A higher requirement is proposed for the sealing performance of the sealing ring used in the shield machine main bearing.The force condition was researched for the lip-type seal with crimp ring made by different materials under different preloads with the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,and its sealing performance was also researched. The analysis results show that the sealing performance of lip-type seal with crimp ring has relationship with both of its materials characters and preloads. The higher values of hardness and preloads of sealing ring,the contact pressure of sealing surface is more greater,and the sealing capability is more stronger.Therefore,in order to improve the sealing performance of the main bearing sealing rings the shield machine with large depth,the following measures can be taken: choose the sealing rings with crimp ring with high hardness for materials,increase the number of sealing ring if necessary,and increase the diameter of crimp ring for structure to make sure that the crimp ring gives much larger preload to the lip-type seal and improve the contact pressure of sealing surfaces.
