摘 要:目的研究蒙古蒲公英根的化学成分。方法蒙古蒲公英根乙醇提取物依次用正己烷、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,再经硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱进行分离纯化,依据理化性质及波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从蒙古蒲公英根提取物中分离得到16个单体化合物,分别鉴定为对羟基苯乙酸(1),对羟基苯乙酸甲酯(2),对羟基苯乙酸乙酯(3),咖啡酸(4),咖啡酸乙酯(5),咖啡酸甲酯(6),(+)-丁香树脂酚(7),11β,13-dihydrotaraxinic acid(8),artecalin(9),11β,13-dihydrotaraxinic acidβ-glucopyranosyl ester(10),taraxinic acid(11),taraxinic acidβ-glucopyranosyl ester(12),sonchuside A(13),arsanin(14),desacetylmatricarin(15),4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲醛(16)。结论化合物3、6、7、9、14、15、16为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Taraxacum mongolicum. METHODS Alcoholic extract of the roots of Taraxacum mongolicum went though the extraction with n-hexane,ethyl acetate,and n-butanol. The compounds obtained were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC,and their structures were elucidated by the physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified. They were identified as p-hydorxyphenylacetic acid( 1),mthyl p-hydroxyphenylacetate( 2),ethyl p-hydroxyphenylacetate( 3),caffeic acid( 4),ethyl caffeate( 5),methyl caffeate( 6),( +)-syringaresinol( 7),11β,13-dihydrotaraxinic acid( 8),artecalin( 9),11β,13-dihydrotaraxinic acid β-glucopyranosyl ester( 10),taraxinic acid( 11),taraxinic acid β-glucopyranosyl ester( 12),sonchuside A( 13),arsanin( 14),desacetylmatricarin( 15),3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyd( 16). CONCLUSION Compounds3,6,7,9,14,15,16 are isolated from T. mongolicum for the first time.
