摘 要:通过PET/PE共混纺丝实验,研究共混纺丝组件的性能,考察共混纺丝组件的结构与性能能否满足纺制共混纤维的要求。观察分析了一般纺丝组件(无静态混合圆盘)和共混纺丝组件(装设静态混合圆盘)获得的PET/PE共混纤维的电镜照片。结果表明:共混纺丝组件能有效地促进PET/PE共混过程中相的分散和阻止分散相的再凝聚;并且伴随着共混纺丝组件中静态混合圆盘数目的增加,共混纤维中分散相颗粒的分布均匀性与细化程度明显增大。The performance of the polyblend spin pack was studied through experiments of spinning PET /PE polyblend fibers,with a view to investigating whether the structure and properties of the polyblend spin pack can meet the requirements of spinning polyblend fibers. SEM images of PET /PE polyblend fibers prepared by both a universal spin pack( without static mixing disk) and a polyblend spin pack( built-in static mixing disk) were observed. Experimental results show that the polyblend spin pack can effectively promote the phase dispersion and inhibit the re-agglomeration. And with the increase of static mixing disks in the pack,the uniformity and fineness of dispersed phase particles in the polyblend fibers increase significantly.
