摘　　要：本试验主要研究猪瘟、猪蓝耳病弱毒疫苗等量混合注射后再注射猪口蹄疫苗的免疫效果,结果表明,用这种方式免疫后,猪瘟、猪蓝耳病的抗体合格率均超过70%的标准,适用于春秋季集中免疫,而口蹄疫抗体效价则因疫苗不同而差异较大,合成肽苗明显好于O型灭活苗。This test studied the immune effect of classical swine fever and PRRS attenuated vaccines by mixed injection, then injected the vaccine of foot-and-mouth disease. The results showed that the antibody qualification rate of CSF,PRRS had exceeded 70%,this method was suit-able for spring and autumn concentrated immune injection,and the antibody titer of foot-and-mouth disease vaccine had significant differences in the results, the synthetic peptide vaccine was signifi-cantly better than O-type inactivated vaccine.
