摘 要:为了探讨大采高综放开采顶煤采出率,以塔山矿8206工作面为工程背景,运用PFC2D软件和顶煤运移跟踪仪对顶煤受力特征、放出率和放出顺序等进行研究。结果表明:顶煤可分为煤体运移特征不同的四个不同受力区域;不同位置顶煤放出率相差较大,上分层低于下分层、中分层,工作面两端回收率较低;顶煤冒落顺序为下部先于上部。可通过加强初末采及端头顶煤回收、改善顶煤冒放性、选择合理放煤步距和放煤方式、加强生产管理等措施,提高采出率。In order to research the coal moving laws in large mining height and top coal caving,force characteristic,the orders and recovery ratio of different horizon were studied by analyzing the process of top coal caving with PFC2Dsoftware and top-coal tracker in 8206working face.The results show that,in the process of mining 8206 working face,four different stress regions are got with their own moving characteristics.According to the data about deep basis points of different horizon measured from the working face,it has greater difference between different locations about recovery ratio,taking on the lower and the ends are lowest in working face.The top coal falling order is almost the lower first,then the middle and the upper.To improve the coal extraction ratio,we can mine as much as possible at the beginning and end,make the caving ability of roof coal better,chose reasonable drawing interval and way,strengthen the management of the production,etc.
