摘 要:广东某矽卡岩型钨多金属矿矿物组成复杂,钨品位低,含钙脉石矿物多。针对该矿石特点,采用"优先硫化矿-常温粗选-加温精选"工艺,即钨粗选采用(731+油酸)作捕收剂,加温精选采用水玻璃和硫化钠作抑制剂。试验结果表明,在原矿含钨0.15%情况下,采用此工艺可获得含钨60.35%、钨回收率66.33%的钨精矿,与现场原工艺相比,钨品位提高了7.25个百分点,回收率提高了7.23个百分点。A skarn-type Scheelite polymetallic ore from Guangdong is low grade and complex in composition.There are amout of calcium gangue minerals in the ore.In light of the properties of the ore,a beneficiation process of"preferential flotation of sulfide minerals–roughing in normal temperature-cleaner in high temperature"was applied to beneficiate the ore.In the beneficiation process,731 combined oleic acid were used as collector,sodium silicate and sodium sulfide wereused as depressant in high temperature cleaner.The test results shows:By using this beneficiation process,a tungsten concentrate,whose tungsten grade is 60.35% and recovery rate is 66.33%,can be obtain from the raw ores with the wolfram grade grade of 0.15%.Comparing to the former beneficiation process,the tungsten grade and the recovery of the tungsten tungsten concentrate increased by 7.25% and 7.23%respectively.
