摘　　要：针对卫星通信网络的链路建立问题进行研究,提出了一种GEO-LEO主从式星状网的链路建立方案。该方案采用基于TDMA多址协议的链路建立方法,对多址协议进行选择,设计了多址协议的格式以及链路建立体系结构,并给出了链路建立的组网过程,最后对链路建立方案进行了性能分析。通过对多普勒频移、时隙同步、链路建立时间等问题进行分析与仿真,结果表明对GEO-LEO主从式星状网的链路建立的工程实现具有重要参考意义。Researching for the link establishment problem of the satellite communication network,this paper proposed a link establishment program of the GEO-LEO master-slave star network. The program used link establishment method based on TDMA multiple access protocol,firstly selected the multiple access protocol of the link establishment,followed by the design of a multiple access protocol format and the architecture of the link establishment,and gave a link establishment process of networking,the last with an analysis of the program＇s performance. Through on such as the Doppler frequency shift,slot synchronization,link establishment time issues analysis and simulation,the results show that the project realization of the GEO-LEO master-slave star network＇s link establishment has the reference value.
