摘 要:针对高浓度医药废水,采用预处理+IC+CASS+BAF工艺可有效降解污染物,但由于排污标准的提高,水质不能达标,于是采用以下措施进行改造:将曝气生物滤池(BAF)单体分为三级,重新组合;向BAF各单体投加淀粉和高效脱氮除磷菌,增加碳源和微生物量;增设高效催化氧化反应池。经过调试,出水COD<50 mg/L,氨氮<2.5 mg/L,去除率分别为99.6%和99.1%,均可达标排放。The combined process of pretreatment,IC,CASS and BAF could effectively degrade pollutants in high-concentration pharmaceutical wastewater. However,the treated water from the process could not meet the requirements because of the improvement of industrial wastewater discharge standards.The following methods were adopted to improve the original process. The biological aerated filter(BAF)monomer was divided into three parts,and then recombined. The starch and the efficient denitrifying phosphorus removal bacteria were added in each monomer to increase the carbon source and microbial biomass. The efficient catalytic oxidation reaction tank was established. After the commissioning,the effluent concentrations of COD and NH3- N were below 50 mg /L and 2. 5 mg /L with the removal rates of99. 6% and 99. 1% respectively,which achieved the standard discharge.
