摘  要:介绍了一个浸没式超滤膜技术处理生活饮用水的工程实例,处理规模为16.8×10^4m^3/d,原水在春、冬季具有低温低浊的特点,且浊度变化较大。实践表明,该工艺占地面积小,运行管理简单,可有效去除水中的颗粒状物质,确保处理后水浊度〈0.1 NTU,出水水质达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006),运行成本(电费、药剂费、原水费)为0.3~0.4元/m^3。A project example of immersed ultrafiltration membrane technology in treatment of drinking water was introduced. The treatment capacity was 16. 8 × 10^4m^3/d. The raw water is characterized by low temperature and turbidity,and the variation in turbidity is large in spring and winter. The practice showed that the process had advantages of small footprint,simple operation and management.The technology of immersed ultrafiltration membrane could effectively remove the particulate matter in water,and ensure the treated water turbidity to be less than 0. 1 NTU. The treated water quality met the Standards for Drinking Water Quality( GB 5749- 2006). The operation costs including electricity,chemicals and raw water were 0. 3 to 0. 4 yuan /m^3.
