摘　　要：目的考察罕见血型Rh缺失型D--个体及家系成员Rh膜复合物蛋白的变化情况。方法采用流式细胞仪测定红细胞膜上D、Band3、CD47、GPA、LW、RhAG蛋白的表达量。结果先证者、父亲、母亲、女儿、丈夫D、Band3、CD47、GPA、LW、RhAG蛋白的表达量与对照的比值为:2.38、1.61、1.83、2.00、0.62;1.03、0.72、1.12、0.85、0.99;0.35、0.79、0.66、0.88、0.91;0.86、0.80、0.91、0.81、0.87;2.46、未做、2.36、2.30、1.12;0.70、0.78、0.93、0.86、0.97。结论 D--个体及家系成员LW的表达与D抗原的表达量呈正相关,D--个体CD47的表达减少,其他蛋白变化不大。Objective To investigate the changes of Rh membrane protein complex of a family which has a rare Rh deletion D- type. Methods Flow Cytometry was used to determine the expression level of RhD,Band3,CD47,GPA,LW and RhAG protein on red blood cells. Results The radio of the protein mentioned above among the whole family（ proband,father,mother,daughter and husband） was as follows： 2. 38,1. 61,1. 83,2. 00,0. 62; 1. 03,0. 72,1. 12,0. 85,0. 99,0. 35,0.79,0. 66,0. 88,0. 91,0. 86,0. 80,0. 91,0. 81,0. 87; 2. 46,not available,2. 36,2. 30,1. 12; 0. 70,0. 78,0. 93,0. 86,0. 97.Conclusion The expression of LW was positively related to that of RhD in the studyed family. The CD47 was reduced in the D- individual while other proteins had little change.
