摘　　要：目的探讨核酸检测实验室常用的质量监控指标。方法对本年度中心核酸检测实验室目前采用的质量监控指标进行回顾性分析。结果回顾性分析结果显示4月份标本检测量最大,5月份设备故障率较高,3月份核酸检出率最高,2月及8月拆分检出率过低。结论目前本实验室所使用的各项质量监控指标可有效地反映核酸检测进行的基本情况,对核酸检测工作起到良好的质量监控作用。Objective To discuss commonly used quality control index in nucleic acid amplification testing laboratory.Methods Retrospective analysis on the several commonly used indexes in our laboratory in this year. Results The results of retrospective analysis showed that sample detection amount in April has the largest quantity,the equipments in May has the highest failure rate,the NAT in March has the highest positive rate,and the positive rate of the resolution in February and August were relatively low. Conclusion The indexes we used now can reflect our nucleic acid detection.
