摘 要:目的分析总结4·20芦山地震期间血液成分制备工作,为突发事件应急献血时保障成分血制备质量提供科学依据。方法分析4·20芦山地震前后成都市血液中心血液成分制备相关数据,并与5·12汶川地震相关数据进行比较。结果悬浮红细胞日制备量在4·20地震后1 d较5·12地后1 d增幅达293%;应急产品日制备量在4·20地震后期有较大的增幅;离心破损率和热合渗漏率在4·20地震前后、以及4·20与5·12地震前后差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论科学、合理、求实地抓好突发事件预案的落实工作,可保障紧急状态下血液成分的制备工作质量。Objective To summarize and analyze the blood component preparation during the 20thApr 2013( 4·20)Lushan earthquake period,to provide scientific basis for quality assurance of blood components in emergency. Methods The data related to blood component preparation in Chengdu blood center during the 4·20 Lushan earthquake period,were analyzed and compared with the data of the 12thMay 2008( 5·12) Wenchuan earthquake. Results Compared to the amount of suspended red blood cells prepared in 13thMay 2008,the amount in 21stApr 2013 increased by 293%. The daily amount of preparation largely increased after the 4·20 earthquake. The breakage rate during centrifugation and leakage rate during heat seal befroe and after 4·20 earthquake period were not statistically differet( P〉 0. 05). The brakage rate and leakage rate during 4·20 and 5·12 earthquake period were not stastically different either( P〉 0. 05). Conclusion By implementing a scientific,reasonable,and realistic emergency work plan,we can ensure the quality of blood component in suddent disasters.
