柳州市多次无偿献血者流失情况及原因调查

摘　　要：目的了解多次献血者流失情况和流失主要原因,探讨减少流失对策。方法自制调查表,内容涉及血站相关原因和非血站相关原因,以无计名方式调查,对调查内容整理并进行统计分析。结果 1)流失情况:总体流失率为81.31%,流失率男性高于女性(P<0.05);不同年龄和不同文化程度人群比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2)流失原因:非血站相关原因87.42%,血站相关原因12.58%,主要为"工作忙腾不出献血时间"42.94%,"身体健康原因不适合再献血"27.86%,"总不巧碰不上献血车"10.28%。3)主要流失原因对流失影响情况:"工作忙腾不出献血时间"和"身体健康原因不适合再献血"对不同性别、年龄、文化程度人群的影响差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);"总不巧碰不上献血车"对不同性别、年龄、文化程度人群的影响差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柳州市多次献血者流失严重,流失主要原因为献血者个人原因,血站相关原因对流失影响不大;要减少多次献血者流失,除了血站需加强便民献血服务外,更重要是政府应营造有利市民无偿献血的社会环境。Objective Figure out the condition and reason for decrease of repeated blood donors,discuss the strategy for alteration the decrease of repeated blood donors. Methods Investigate in anonymous way by self-made questionnaire which covers the reasons related and no-related to blood center,sort information out and do statistical analysis. Results 1） Decrease condition,overall decrease 81. 31%. statistical difference between genders（ P〈 0. 05）,decrease rate of male is higher than female,no statistical difference between levels of age and among levels of education（ P〉 0. 05）. 2） Reason for decrease ： no related to blood center 87. 42%,relate to blood center12. 85%. mainly from＂no time to donate because of heavy workload＂42. 94%. ＂ health reason not suitable to donate＂27. 86%,＂by no chance to encounter blood donation vehicles＂10. 28%. 3） Main reason for decrease effect on condition of decrease,statistical difference（ P〈 0. 05） between genders which＂no time to donate because of heavy workload＂effect on,the sameresult to effect on ages and on educations. statistical difference（ P 〈0. 05） between genders which＂health reason not suitable to donate＂effect on,the same result to effect on ages and on educations. No statistical difference（ P 〉0. 05） between genders which＂by no chance to encounter blood donation vehicles＂effect on,the same result to effect on ages and on educations. Conclusion Serious decrease of repeated blood donors occurs in Liuzhou which is mainly related to personal cause of donors and not related to blood centers closely. To alter the decrease of repeated blood donors in Liuzhou,blood centers should strengthen donation service and enhance.
