摘　　要：目的建立杜绝人为错误的采血留样及标识的新方法,确保血液质量和输血安全。方法通过对现有采输血器进行重新设计与改进,建立带有留样管的一体化留样旁路系统,在血袋及留样管中预先印制唯一性条形码标签,通过血站计算机信息管理系统进行读取和核对,并与血站献血码实现一一对应的关联。结果建立更为安全、科学和实用的采血、留样和标识方法,并研发了一体化新型采输血器。结论采血留样及标识新方法和新型采输血器可确保留样管、血液与献血记录3者的一致性和同源性,最大限度地避免采血留样及标识错误的发生,有效保障血液检测质量和输血安全。Objective To establish a new method to eliminate human error in blood collection and identification,so that can improve the blood quality and ensure the blood safety. Methods The existing instrumentsused inblood collection and transfusion were redesigned. An integrated bypass system with sample tube,pre-printed the uniqueness barcode labels in the blood bag and sample tube,read and check and implement related correspondence with the blood donation barcode through the blood station computer information management system were established. Results We established a more secure,scientific and practical methods for blood collection,sample retention and identification. Besides,wedeveloped a new integrated instrument for blood collection and transfusion. Conclusion The new methods for blood sample retention and identification and the new integrated instrument for blood collection and transfusion which was established in this study can ensure the sample tubes,blood products and blood donation record with consistency and homologous. The most likely strategy to avoid the errors for blood sample retention and identification was made to ensure the blood quality and safety of blood transfusion effectively.
