摘　　要：目的通过计算机管理实现血站到临床血液链的信息监测。方法研发1套临床输血监测系统,并将网络约血、疑难配血、血液免疫学检测、输血反应研究、血液库存预警、血液调配等模块应用于血站。结果实现了血站与医院血库以及医院血库与临床用血科室之间业务的联网管理和资源共享。结论临床输血监测系统实现了血液的全过程监测,提高了血液的安全性和工作效率,优化了血液采集与调配,促进科学合理用血。Objective To monitor the information of the blood supply chain from blood center to hospital by the comput- erized management system. Methods A clinical transfusion monitoring system including modules of online blood ordering, difficult cross-matching, blood immunological detection, transfusion reaction, alert for blood storage and blood deployment was develped： Results We construct the system of network management and resource sharing between blood center, blood bank of hospitals and clinical departments. Conclusion The monitoring system of clinical transfusion achieved the goal of whole process monitoring for blood. It will improve the safety and efficiency of blood transfusion,optimize the blood collection and deolovment and oromote the scientific and reasonable use of blood oroducts.
