摘　　要：为使高校普通学生课余体育训练组织做到多元化,并引导其与校园体育文化氛围形成良性的互动,通过构建训练队与校园体育文化氛围互动模式,重在解决高校在实践过程中具体的操作问题,以引导普通学生训练队建设朝着健康科学的方向发展。To enable ordinary college students after school sports training organization to achieve diversification,and to guide its direction toward the health sciences through the training organization to build an interactive mode, focusing on colleges and universities in the implementation process to solve specific operational problems.
