摘  要:为分析某循环流化床锅炉纯烧一种南非煤时无法实现满负荷运行的原因,利用热重及静态燃烧结合冷态振筛的方法将该南非煤和淮北烟煤进行燃烧和成灰特性对比试验。结果表明,南非煤发热量高、着火温度低、燃尽时间短、成灰量少且易成细灰;同等粒径的2种原煤在相同的成灰条件下,南非煤成灰的平均粒径明显偏细,细灰(≤91μm)质量份额高于40%,淮北烟煤低于20%;原煤粒径增大,南非煤成灰平均粒径变化不大;原煤粒径超过4 mm后,淮北烟煤成灰平均粒径显著增大。南非煤的成灰特性可能是此锅炉密相区超温、不能满负荷运行的原因,可从提高旋风分离器分离效率、添加辅助床料及采用飞灰回燃技术等方面着手改进。In order to find out the reason why a CFB boiler couldn't be operated at full load when using South Africa coal, thermogravimetric analyzer and coal static combustion combined with ash cold sieving method were used to carry out the control experiments on the combustion and ash formation characteristics between the South Africa coal and the Huaibei bitumite. The result shows that the South Africa coal has high lower heating value, low ignition temperature, short burnout-time, few and fine ash after burning. Through the same comminuting process with the same particle size of the both original coal, the ash from the South Africa coal is finer than the Huaibei bitumite's. And the mass proportion of fine ash(≤91μm) of the former is more than 40%, while that of the later is less than 20%. As original coal particle size becomes larger, the average particle size of South Africa coal ash does not change much. While the coal particle diameter is larger than 4 mm, the average particle size of Huaibei bitumite ash increases sharply. The ash formation characteristics of South Africa coal might be the reason why the dense-phase zone overheated and the boiler couldn't be operated at full load, which could be improved by higher efficiency of cyclone, adding assisted bed material and fly ash recirculation.
