摘 要:文章指出了空气中冲击击穿试验在绝缘子检测中的作用和意义,明确了绝缘子表面闪络时冲击电压幅值与其波前时间(陡度)的相互关系,综述了该试验应用于盘形绝缘子、复合绝缘子和复合盘形绝缘子检测中所采用的不同方法及其引发的不同效果,提出了用幅值法统一各类绝缘子冲击耐受试验的意见,即用冲击击穿试验取代盘形绝缘子的工频击穿试验,用轴向单位长度电压梯度规范复合绝缘子的界面绝缘强度试验,用同强度普通盘形绝缘子耐冲击击穿电压考核复合盘形绝缘子。The article points out the function and significance of the impulse puncture test in the insulator detection, defines the relationship between the impulse voltage amplitude and the wave front time(steepness) when the surface of the insulator flashovers, reviews different methods adopted in the test applied to the cap and pin insulators, composite insulators and disc composite insulators detection, and the resulted different effect by them. Finally such suggestions are put forward as all kinds of insulator impulse withstand tests are unified by an amplitude method, i.e. detection on cap and pin insulators with the impulse puncture test instead of the power frequency puncture test, specification to interface insulation strength of composite insulators test with axial length measured voltage gradient, evaluation of composite cap and pin insulators with the impulse puncture voltage of standard cap and pin insulators under the same strength.
