摘 要:含有储能装置的风电场可能是未来风电开发的一种主要模式,储能装置的添加使得风电场投资、效益以及发电模式发生变化。首先将风电场分为2种类型,即可以购买备用的风电场和不具备购买备用条件的风电场。然后从成本收益角度提出了风电场是否可以配置储能装置的判定原则,并且分析了影响储能装置容量、功率的主要因素。在考虑调度计划条件下,以复合储能装置投资最小、收益最大为优化目标建立了储能优化模型,使用Cplex优化工具包进行求解,最后算例分析验证了上述模型的有效性。Wind farm containing energy storage devices will probably be a main mode in the development of wind farms in future, and undoubtedly adding energy storage devices makes the changes in the investment, economic effect and generation modes of wind farms. Firstly, wind farms are divided into two types, namely the wind farm that can purchase reserve power and the wind farms that lack of the condition to purchase reserve power; secondly, from the perspective to cost benefit the principle to judge whether the wind farm could be equipped with energy storage devices is proposed, and the main factors impacting the capacity and power of energy storage devices are analyzed. Under the premise of taking generation scheduling into account, taking the minimized investment for hybrid energy storage devices and the maximized revenue as objectives an energy storage optimization model is established and solved by Cplex optimal toolbox. Finally the effectiveness of the proposed model is validated by calculation results of a certain actual wind farm.
