摘  要:为提高火电机组运行管理水平,实现节能降耗,针对用单一的运行指标进行火电机组运行状态评价的片面性,将改进主成分分析法应用于机组综合评价。该方法改进了传统的主成分分析法在高维指标评价中的局限,保留了机组运行指标数据间离散程度差异这部分信息,降低评价指标维数,获得机组运行的主成分,进而进行综合分析评价,实例分析验证了该方法的有效性。对各发电集团如何实施火电机组节能运行优化、指标考核以及竞赛,具有借鉴价值。To improve operation and management level of thermal power generation units and implement energy conservation and consumption reduction, in allusion to the one-sideness due to evaluating operational conditions of thermal power generation units by single operational index the improved principal component analysis is applied in comprehensive assessment on power generation units. The limitation of traditional principal component analysis in the evaluation on high-dimensional indices is improved and this part of the information of dispersion degree differences among the data of operating indices is retained to reduce the dimensionality of evaluation indices to obtain the principal components of unit operation, and in further to perform comprehensive analysis and assessment. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by results of case analysis. The proposed method is available for reference in optimizing the energy-saving operation of thermal power generation units, and implementing the performance assessment and competition.
