摘 要:工业过程经受的电压暂降风险是采取有效措施的前提,难点是其复杂不确定性的准确刻画与评估。基于暂降免疫力和免疫时间概念,研究工业过程电压暂降风险的多因素、多层次物理与数学性质,研究工业过程在功能逻辑上的递阶式层次结构,引入因素集和评语集,建立工业过程电压暂降风险模糊判断矩阵,提出基于最大隶属度原则的风险等级评估方法。在研究相关算法的基础上,对我国西部某工业过程进行了实际评估。结果表明了上述方法正确、有效,为制定优质电力园区技术方案和采取其他措施提供了依据。Evaluation of the risk of voltage dip that the industrial process has to be endured is the premise of adopting effective countermeasures, however it is difficult to depict and evaluate the complex uncertainty of the risk accurately. Based on the concepts of the immunity of voltage dip and the immunity time, the multi-factorial and multi-layered physical and mathematical properties of the risk of voltage dip during industrial process as well as the hierarchical structure of industrial process' s functional logic are researched; leading in the factor set and comment set a fuzzy judgment matrix of voltage dip during industrial process is established and based on maximal membership degree principle a method to assess risk level of voltage dip is proposed. On the basis of researching related algorithms, practical evaluation on a certain industrial process in West China is implemented, and evaluation results show that above-mentioned method is correct and effective, and it provides the basis for drafting technical scheme of high-grade power park and adopting other measures.
