摘　　要：政府应急决策是在信息监测的基础上作出的。获取危机精确信息,是危机管理体系效能得以充分发挥的根本保障。文章以解读政府危机监测体系为基础,分析政府危机信息监测过程的总体信息机制,并通过危机事件监测实例及其信息流程分析和研究,提出危机监测的对策和建议,为建设科学完善的危机监测信息系统提供有益的参考。The government emergency decision-making is on the basis of the information monitoring. To obtain accurate information of the crisis is the fundamental guarantee to give a full play to the efficiency of crisis management system. Based on the interpretation of the government crisis monitoring system,this paper analyzes the overall information mechanism in the process of the government crisis information monitoring. Then,through the examples of crisis event monitoring and its information process analysis and research,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of crisis monitoring,which provide beneficial references for the construction of scientific crisis monitoring information system.
