摘　　要：基于我国经济与技术发展的需求,文章阐述了专利预警应用的背景和专利文献相似度研究的意义。在系统地调查与计量国内外相关文献研究的基础上,总结专利预警研究的主要侧重点,归纳文献相似度计算的研究现状,并比较分析文献相似度的主要计算方法及优缺点。最后,分别论述国内外面向预警的专利文献相似度计算研究的主要方法、观点与内容侧重点。Based on the demand of the development of economy and technology in China,this paper expounds the background of patent early warning application and the significance of the research on the patent similarity computation. On the basis of a systematic survey of the relevant literature at home and abroad,the paper summarizes the main focuses of the research on patent early warning,concludes the research status of similarity computation calculation,and comparative analyzes the main calculation method,advantages and disadvantages of similarity computation. Finally,the paper discusses the main method,idea and content of the similarity computation for patent early warning at home and abroad.
