摘  要:目的探讨海藻多糖对大鼠脑出血周边组织一氧化氮(NO)含量及血清IL-8、IL-10含量变化的影响。方法 140只大鼠,随机分为对照组、实验组,在(4h、8h、16h、1d、3d、5d、7d)7个时间点分别测定出血周边组织NO含量、血清IL-8、IL-10含量变化的影响。结果实验组在海藻多糖药物的干预下7个时间点对应的NO含量、血清IL-8和IL-10含量均比对照组有下降趋势,所得数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海藻多糖能够降低大鼠脑出血周边组织NO含量及血清IL-8和IL-10的含量,值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the effect of algal polysaccharides on NO concentration in hemorrhage tissues and serum concentration of IL-8 and IL-10. Methods 140 rats were divided into control group and treatment group. The NO concentration in hemorrhage tissues and concentration of IL-8 and IL-10 in serum were measured at seven time point(4h, 8h, 16 h, 1d, 3d, 5d, 7d). Results The NO concentration and serum concentration of IL-8 and IL-10 of treatment group were lower than control group. The differences were statistically signifi cant(P〈0.05). Conclusions Algal polysaccharides could effectively decrease the NO concentration of hemorrhage rats' peripheral tissue and serum concentration of IL-8 and IL-10. It is worth of further study.
