摘 要:某矿山运输巷道在地应力、地质条件及开采工艺等因素的综合影响下,出现严重的应力集中,导致片帮及垮冒现象频发。通过对巷道破坏形式的现场调研,同时结合组合拱原理,提出了锚注(砂浆锚杆+注浆加固)补强支护技术。基于普氏理论及注浆原理,对支护参数进行了设计,介绍了相关的施工工艺。实际应用效果显示:锚注支护技术对高应力破碎巷道具有较好的适用性,有效提高了巷道的稳定性,具有广阔的推广应用前景。Under the effect of crustal stress,geological conditions and mining technology,stress concentration occured accidentally in the haulage roadway of a mine,which result in actions of frequent spalling and roof falling. Through the inquisition and analysis with failure mode of roadway,combining with built-up arch theory,a bolting and grouting reinforce support technology was put forward.Based on Protodyakonov's rock pressure theory and grouting process,support parameters were designed,and the related construction technology was introduced. The actual application effect showed that: the bolting and grouting reinforce support technology is useful for high stress fracture roadway,which improved the stability of roadway efficiently and had a good popularizing significance.
