摘 要:研究辣椒产量性状即单株果实数量、单果鲜质量以及单株果实干质量的遗传规律,为辣椒育种提供选择参考。以干制型辣椒材料9007-2和干、鲜兼用型材料1110B作亲本,采用多世代联合分离分析法,构建P1、P2、F1、B1、B2和F26个世代群体。结果表明:3个性状的分离群体均表现为多峰分布,呈现数量遗传特征;辣椒单株果实数量性状符合2对加性-显性-上位性主基因(B-1)模型,单个果实鲜质量性状符合2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因(E-0)模型,单株果实干质量性状符合2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因(E-1)模型。辣椒单株果实数量B1、B2和F2主基因遗传率分别为55.03%、57.05%和71.03%,单果鲜质量B1、B2和F2主基因遗传率分别为2.27%、24.79%和57.13%,单株果实干质量B1、B2和F2主基因遗传率分别为10.91%、78.92%和80.04%。单果鲜质量和单株果实干质量各分离世代多基因遗传率变幅分别为0~47.86%和0~50.01%。结论:育种实践中,对辣椒单株果实干质量和单株果实数量的遗传选择宜在较早世代进行,而单果鲜质量可在稍晚的分离世代进行。The genetic laws of three traits,fruit number per plant,fresh weight per fruit and dried fruit weight per plant,were studied to offer reference for capsicum breeding selection.Chilli peppers of dry-type 9007-2 and dry-fresh-type 1110 B were selected as parents to build six generations,namely,F1,F2,backcrosses B1 and B2and the parents P1 and P2.Multigenerational joint segregation analysis was used.The results showed that isolated populations of three characters displayed quantitatively genetic characteristics with multimodal skewed distribution.The inheritance of fruit number per plant fitted the model of two additive-dominance-epitasis major genes(B-1),fresh weight per fruit fitted the model of two additive-dominance-epitasis major genes+additive-dominance-epitasis polygenes(E-0),and dried fruit weight per plant fitted the model of two additive-dominance-epitasis major genes+additive-dominance polygenes(E-1).The major gene heritability of segregating population B1,B2 and F2was 55.03%,57.05% and 71.03% in fruit number per plant,2.27%,24.79% and 57.13% in fresh weight per fruit,10.91%,78.92% and 80.04% in dried fruit weight per plant,respectively.In separating generations,B1,B2 and F2,the polygenic inheritance rate of fresh weight per fruit varied in range of 0-47.86% and that of dried yield per plant in 0-50.01%.Conclusions: in breeding practices,genetic selection of dried fruit weight per plant and fruit number per plant should be performed at earlier separate generations,while that of fresh weight per fruit in later generations.
