柞蚕幼虫全龄期经过时间的遗传分析

摘  要:为探索柞蚕早熟性状的遗传规律,选择柞蚕幼虫全龄期经过时间为目标性状,以幼虫全龄期经过时间差异较大的2个品种8821与宽青及其杂交F1和F2代为材料,于秋蚕期调查各组材料的幼虫全龄期经过时间,并采用四世代联合分析法进行幼虫早熟性状的杂种优势率计算及幼虫全龄期经过时间受控基因遗传模型分析与遗传参数估算。结果表明,柞蚕幼虫早熟性状的杂种优势率仅为2.95%,幼虫全龄期经过时间受控于多个基因,即为多基因遗传模型,不存在主效基因的作用,而且受环境条件的影响较大,环境方差为3.723,遗传方差为1.391,多基因的遗传率为27.15%。研究结果提示:柞蚕育种过程中对早熟性状的选择比较困难,需要经过多代的累加选择而逐渐固定。In order to explore the genetic law of early-maturing trait in tussah silkworm (Antheraea pernyi), the duration of all larval instars was investigated by using two tussah varieties named 8821 and Kuanqing, which had significant differ- ence in larval instars, as parents to prepare their offspring (F1 and F2) generations in autumn rearing season. Heterosis rate of early-maturing trait, genetic model analysis and genetic parameter estimation of all larval duration were conducted through the combinatJon of four generations. The result showed that the heterosis rate of early-maturing trait was 2.95% only. The duration of all larval instars was controlled by polygenes but not any major effective genes. Moreover, inherit- ance of this trait was greatly influenced by environmental condition. The environmental variance was 3. 723, genetic vari- ance was 1. 391, and polygene heritability was 27. 15%. The result indicates that selection of early-maturing trait in tussah breeding is difficult, which requires continuous selection for many generations to gradually fix it.
