南瓜实蝇防治药剂的筛选与田间防治效果

摘　　要：为南瓜实蝇[Bactrocera(Zeugodacus)tau(Walker)]提供应急药剂储备,测定了10种农药单剂对南瓜实蝇幼虫、蛹和成虫的活性,在此基础上筛选、评价了5种混配制剂对南瓜实蝇的活性,测定4种混剂对南瓜实蝇的田间防治效果。结果表明,新烟碱类药剂和Bt对南瓜实蝇的活性较低,有机磷类和微生物源杀虫剂活性较高;小区模拟试验15%阿维·毒死蜱EC和32%甲维盐·辛硫磷EC喷雾处理对甜瓜的保护效果略优于0.02%多杀霉素饵剂点喷投饵;大田试验32%甲维盐·辛硫磷EC 20 mg/L喷雾处理对西瓜田实蝇类昆虫有一定的防治作用,对西瓜的总体保护率达到50%。可见,甲维盐和辛硫磷混剂可进行进一步筛选优化研究以作为南瓜实蝇防治应急用药。The activities of 10 synthetic pesticides and microbial （source） pesticides against the larvae, pupae and adults of pumpkin fruit fly, Bactrocera （Zeugodacus）tau （Walker）, were investigated. Preliminary screening should that the organophosphorus insecticides had a higher efficiency than that of the neonicotinoid ones. Based on these results, five mixtures were screened, evaluated and prepared. Four mixtures were used in greenhouse experiment. The efficiencies of 15%abamectin？dursban and 32% emamectin benzoate？phoxim emulsifiable concentrate （EC） were not significantly different from that of 0.02%spinosad bait formulation. Under the field condition, the protection rate was more than 50% when 32% emamectin benzoate？phoxim EC was sprayed with 20 mg∕L to control melonry fruit fly. It is indicated that emamectin benzoate and phoxim was needed to be optimized further to provide an alternative pesticide preparation for controlling pumpkin fruit fly.
