革胡子鲶消化系统的组织学观察

摘　　要：通过制作石蜡切片,对革胡子鲶(Claris gariepinus)消化系统进行了显微观察。结果表明,革胡子鲶的消化系统由消化道和消化腺组成,消化道包括口咽腔、食道、胃、肠,消化腺主要由肝脏和胰脏构成。口咽腔较大,端位,颌骨上着生有颌齿,颌齿锐利短小。食道粗短,内壁具黏膜皱褶,肌层发达。胃呈"V"形,分为贲门部、胃体部和幽门部,各部分内壁均具有明显的皱褶;黏膜上皮均无杯状细胞,为大量黏液细胞;固有膜中存在大量胃腺,肌层发达。肠分为前肠、中肠和后肠,前肠皱褶大,黏膜上皮仅有少量杯形细胞,胃腺丰富,肌肉层较胃不发达;中肠、后肠的杯形细胞较多,胃腺较少。肝脏中肝小叶不明显,肝细胞索明显。胰腺呈弥散分布,部分呈条状分布于胆囊壁外,部分零散分布于肠系膜之间,胰腺内大部分为散在的外分泌腺体,并有少量胰岛呈团状零星分布。The digestive system of Claris gariepinus was observed by using the methods of the vivisection, wax section and microscope technology. The results showed that the digestive system of Claris gariepinus were composed of digestive tract including oral-pharyngeal cavity, esophagus, stomach and intestine. Digestive glands were consisted of liver and pancreas. The oral-pharyngeal cavity was relatively big in the front. The jaw teeth was sharp and small. The esophagus was thick and short. Muscular layer was strong and the longitudinal plicamucosa was deep. The stomach was V-shaped and divided to three parts including cardiac stomach, the body of the stomach and pyloric stomach. There were many mucous membrane pleats in the stomach wall. There were no goblet cells. Massive mucous cells were found in the mucosa. Massive gastric glands were distributed in the lamina propria of the stomach. Muscular layers was strong. The intestines were divided into three parts including foregut, midgut and hindgut. The mucous membrane pleats was big. There were a little of goblet cells. Massive intestine glands were found in the mucosa. Muscular layer were less strong than that in the stomach. There were more goblet cells and less intestine glands in the mid-gut and hindgut. There were obvious hepatic cords in the liver. The hepatic lobules were not clear. The pancreas was distributed diffusively with exocrine glands and pancreatic islets.
