摘 要:采用HPLC法分析泸州引种金银花及山东金银花HPLC指纹图谱,评价泸州引种金银花质量。采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈和0.1%(V/V)磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL/min。结果表明,泸州引种金银花与山东金银花HPLC指纹图谱的相似度大于0.970,提示引种金银花与山东金银花质量相近,符合药典要求,建议推广栽培。A HPLC method was used with Kromasil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)to study the similarities and differences of the fingerprint of flowers of Lonicera japonica (honeysuckle) introduced in Luzhou and originated from Shandong to evaluate the quality of introduced honeysuckle. The mobile phase was acetonitrile with 0.1%(V∕V ) phosphoric acid aqueous, and the gra-dient elution program was selected with the flow rate of 1.0 mL∕min at 30℃. The results showed that the similarity of the fingerprints between the introduced and the originated was higher than 0.970. The quality of honeysuckle introduced in Luzhou was similar with those originated from Shandong, meeting the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The results sug-gested that it could be planted on large scale in the future.
