摘　　要：基于城乡一体化背景,从物流操作流程规范、物流标准合同推行、物流运作管理等方面,对防范契约物流操作流程的法律风险进行了分析和探讨。In this paper, in view of the economic background of urban-rural integration, we analyzed the prevention of legal risks in the process of contract logistics operations on the aspects of operation codes of conduct, promotion of logistics standard contracts and logistics operation management, etc.
