摘　　要：概述了国内外学者关于信息价值度量的研究成果,分析了公路物流中心货运信息交易的方式与过程,通过对承运人的调查和访问,总结了货运信息价值的影响因素,提炼出了货运信息价值评估的重要指标,根据评估指标的特点和评估目标,建立了基于三角白化权函数的灰色聚类评估模型,通过确定货运信息各指标因素的聚类系数和综合聚类系数评估货运信息的价值,算例分析表明模型用于货运信息价值评估是可行的。In this paper, we introduced the findings on information value measurement by both domestic and foreign scholars, analyzed the means and process of the freight information transaction at the highway logistics centers, summarized the influence factors on the value of the freight information, extracted the key indexes in the evaluation of the information, established the corresponding grey clustering evaluation model, and at the end, through a numerical example, demonstrated the feasibility of the model.
