摘　　要：为了进一步减少供应商的库存费用和物资流通成本,使供应商和零售商实现利润"双赢",在传统经济订购批量库存模型的基础上,充分考虑了企业运输成本和安全库存量两个因素,从供应商库存管理的自身缺陷着眼,建立了第三方物流参与的供应商管理库存模型,得出该优化模型可降低整个供应链上的物流成本,增强整个供应链的灵活性的结论。最后,借助具体的算例验证了所得的结论。In this paper, on the basis of the traditional EOQ inventory model and after comprehensively considering the transport security and safe inventory level of the enterprises, we built the TPL-participated VMI model, found that the model could reduce the overall logistics cost of the entire supply chain and boost its flexibility, and at the end, verified the claims made through a numerical example.
