少数民族地区图书馆核心竞争力探究

摘　　要：少数民族地区图书馆是我国图书馆体系中的特殊群体,由于受历史、经济等诸因素的影响,其发展一直相对滞后于东部发达地区。如何提升核心竞争力,是目前少数民族地区图书馆所要解决的关键性问题。为此,文章专门对少数民族地区图书馆核心竞争力构成要素及培育问题进行了深入探讨,并依据少数民族地区图书馆群体特点、现状,重点就构建核心竞争力要素整合模式及培育中应规避的误区,提出管窥之见。Libraries in the regions inhabited by ethnic minorities are a special group in China＇s library system. For historical,economic and some other reasons,their development has always been backward compared with developed area in China＇s eastern part. So the key issue confronting the ethnic minority libraries is how to improve their core competitiveness. The paper conducts a thorough probe into the factors which constitute the core competitiveness and also into the forming of such competitiveness. Then based on the characteristics and current situation of ethnic minority libraries,the author presents his own opinion on optimizing the model of core competitiveness and on the mistakes needed to be avoided by the libraries when fostering such competitiveness.
