摘　　要：论文以南京图书馆的具体实践为例,阐述了公共图书馆在读者服务方面如何开展创新服务,尤其是从创新服务理念入手,形成常态化服务机制,带动服务模式与手段的创新。With the daily practice of Nanjing Library as an example,the paper explains how public libraries can provide innovative services to readers. They should start from the innovation of their service conceptions,form a stable and routine service mechanism and then realize the innovations in service modes as well as service means.
