摘  要:针对汽车轮辐焊接变形影响车轮精度的问题,用ANSYS仿真分析轮辐焊接变形.采用单丝MAG焊和双丝MAG焊技术,每种焊接方法又分"先外后内焊"和"先内后外焊"2种不同的焊接工艺,得到不同热输入条件下的温度梯度场、等效应力场和焊后结构变形.分析结果表明:"先内后外焊"工艺优于"先外后内焊",且单丝MAG焊产生结构变形的最大位移约为双丝MAG焊的2倍,因此采用"先内后外焊"工艺的双丝MAG焊优势明显.As to the problem that the welding deformation of automobile spoke affects the accuracy of the wheels, the welding deformation of spoke is simulated and analyzed by AYSYS. The single wire MAG welding and the double wire MAG welding are used separately. Each technique has two schemes: "firstly welding outside and then inside" and "firstly welding inside and then outside". The temperature gradient field, equivalent stress field and structural deformation after welding are obtained. The analysis results show that, the scheme of "firstly welding inside then outside" is better than that of " firstly welding outside then inside", and the maximum displacement of deformation generated by the single wire MAG welding is twice of the double wire MAG welding, which indicates that the double wire MAG teehnqie with the scheme of "firstly welding inside and then outside" has obvious advantages.
