摘　　要：目的摸清云南省采供血机构实验室血液筛查工作状况,以及时发现各实验室存在的问题,强化血液筛查工作质量,提高和保证实验室检测能力。方法采用下发质控品,并由参评实验室完成检测以后,回报结果,采用现场质评方式,对参评单位进行现场质评。结果全省15家中心血站实验室均参加本次质评活动,发现部分血站在使用加样系统时存在缺陷,各实验室总体符合率91.3%,全部质评阳性盲样检测灵敏度达到100.0%。结论本次质评活动显示云南省血站实验室对阳性样品的检测灵敏度较好。Objective To ascertain the actual situation of laboratories which belong to blood collecting and supplying agencies of Yunnan province,and improve the quality of blood screening,and facilitate the ability of blood testing.Methods Quality controls were distributed to the laboratorys that had participated in this external quality assessment,and feedback data were collected and analyzed.The involved agencies were assessed by using field quality evaluation.Results Fifteen laboratorys from central blood stations participated in this external quality assessments,and several problems have been found in some of the laboratories.Problems of testing specificity were caused by the default of automatic sample pipetting system.The result showed that sensitivity of blind sample test is 100%,and specificity is 84.2% and total coincidence rate is 91.3%.Conclusion Testing quality in laboratories of blood stations in Yunnan province for positive samples has been standardized.
