关于我军航空战略投送装备建设的思考

摘　　要：在信息化条件下的局部战争中,航空运输的快速性、高效性可以为军队提供远程战略机动,实施战役展开,抢占战略要地,其已成为世界各国军事行动的重要手段。海湾战争等高技术局部战争充分证明,航空战略投送能力是快速遏制战略通道和完成战略部署的保证。分析我军航空战略投送装备建设的必要性,总结我军航空战略投送装备建设目前面临的问题,提出我军航空战略投送装备建设的基本原则和具体措施,以为我军航空战略投送装备建设决策提供参考。The rapidity and the effectiveness of aviation transportation provides the forces with long - range strategic mobility ability, exercising campaign operation, controlling strategic places in the local war under the informationized condition, which have been the major means for other countries＇ military actions. It has been fully proven by Gulf War and other hi - tech local wars that the ability of aviation strategic projection is the assurance of rapid containment of strategic channel and the fulfillment of strategic deployment. In order to enhance the ability of the PLA strategic projection, this paper sums up the problems and diflqeulties that are around the corner in the construction of the aviation strategic projection equipment, puts forward concrete measures and elears the antieipated goals of the construction of aviation equipment, which are of great signifieance for the ability of the PLA aviation strategic projection.
