摘　　要：提出了"数字湖南"建设之GIS云构想主要是面向行业应用的开发者。GIS云通过为其他应用平台提供弹性的硬件能力、数据资源、专业功能等服务,降低GIS应用门槛,提高应用和服务的效率,实现信息的共享。通过分析GIS云框架4个层次的含义和技术特征,探索适合湖南省基础地理信息服务的稳定、安全、高效的云服务模式。The＂Digital Hunan＇construction described in this essay is purposed to provide industry application for application developer. By providing flexible hardware capacity,data sourceand specific services,GIS cloud service lowered the require-ment for GIS application,the efficiency of applications and services are improved,and the information sharing is realized. By discussing the definitions and technical features of 4 layers of GIS cloud structure,this essay tries to discover a stable,secure and efficient cloud service mode for Hunan infrastructure geo-information service.
