基于灰色关联的开发区产城融合度评价研究

摘　　要：上海的开发区经历了近30年的发展,工业化水平不断提高,但是城市化水平相对滞后,制约了开发区的进一步发展。在此背景下,产城融合成为开发区转型升级的必由之路。本文将灰色理论引入开发区产城融合评价中,构建了基于灰色关联分析的开发区产城融合度评价模型,并以漕河泾新兴技术开发区、外高桥保税区、金桥经济技术开发区等五个代表性开发区为例,结合问卷调查进行了实证分析。本文不仅为系统评价开发区产城融合度提供了工具,而且对于上海开发区挖掘瓶颈问题、明确发展方向、进一步实现产城融合都具有一定的参考意义。After nearly 30 years of development, the industrialization level of Shanghai＇ s Development Zones was continuously improved, but the city level was relatively backward, which restricted the further development of the development zone. In this context, city-industry integration was the route that development zone must take to achieve the transformation and upgrading. In this paper, the grey theory is introduced into the study, and a City-industry Integration Evaluation Model of development zone was constructed. Taking five representative development zones as an example, the empirical analysis was conducted combining questionnaire survey. This study not only provides the tools to evaluate the city- Industry integration of development zone, but also helps to mine the bottleneck problem and point out a clear direction of development zone. The conclusion has certain guiding significance for promoting cityindustry integration of development zones.
