摘　　要：以内蒙古自治区园林及相关企事业单位为调查对象,从园林行业需求状况入手,针对目前园林人才供需矛盾,揭示目前园林人才培养中存在的一些问题,以期实现园林人才供给需求的良好对接,为内蒙古自治区园林人才培养的提出一些有针对性的建议。Taking the relevant enterprise and institutions with garden in Inner Mongolia as the investigating object,several problems existed in garden personnel training at present have been revealed based on the situations of garden industry demand and the contradiction between supply and demand of garden personnel,which hopes to realize the good docking of supply and demand of garden personnel. And some targeted suggestions have been put forward on garden personnel training in Inner Mongolia.
