安全人性学的基础原理研究

摘　　要：为进一步探索安全科学原理的内容,促进理论发展,在对人性与安全科学相关文献资料进行归纳总结基础上,构建安全人性学原理。主要提出安全人性学的定义、特征和研究内容;提炼5条安全人性学的基础原理:追求安全生存优越、安全人性平衡、安全人性层次、安全人性双轨、安全人性回避,分别论述其内涵;然后,根据基础原理的相互关系,建立安全人性学原理系统的水车形体系;同时,介绍5条基础原理在安全人性系统规划、设计、运行、更新中的运用;最后,分析安全人性学原理的应用前景。研究结果表明,安全人性学是安全科学的新方向,它深化了对安全本质规律的认识,并革新了安全观,发展了传统安全原理。In order to enrich the content of safety science and promote its theoretical development,the definition,the characters and content of safety humanology were proposed. Furthermore,five basic principles of safety humanology were put forward and analyzed,which were pursue principle of safety humanity,the balance principle of safety humanity,the hierarchy principle of safety humanity,the dual principle of safety humanity and avoidance principle of safety humanity. For the relationship between 5 basic principles,a structure of waterwheel was constructed. Meanwhile,the application of 5 basic principles in four stages of safety humanity system plan,design,operation and update was discussed. Finally,the application prospect of safety humanology was analyzed. The research results show that safety humanology is a new direction,it has deepened the understanding of safety system,renovated the safety concept and developed the traditional principles.
