摘 要:高速公路应急救援资源多分散于其网络中的各个管理所,应急救援时快速和有效地调度这些分散的资源,对于降低交通事故损失至关重要。通过分析高速公路应急救援工作的基本流程、管理方法及存在的问题,基于系统资源共享、区域联动的动态调度模式,以应急救援资源到达应急救援需求点的总成本最低为优化目标,以高速公路管理所静态管理资源和在途动态管理资源以及救援时效等为约束条件,构建高速公路应急救援资源动态调度优化模型。运用Dijkstra算法对其进行求解。以某高速公路网为算例,运用该模型并进行算法设计,以实现模型的优化求解。结果表明,用该方法能从众多备选出救点集合中快速搜索出应急救援所需要的最佳出救点和出救路径。Expressway emergency rescue resources often scatter over the managements of network,scheduling these dispersive resources quickly and effectively is essential to reduce the traffic accident loss. With analysis of basic process,management methods and existential problems of expressway emergency rescue,and based on system resources sharing and dynamic dispatching model of region linkage,taking minimum cost of emergency rescue resources arriving at demand points as optimization goal,the expressuay managements' static resources,the enroute dynamic resources and rescue time efficiency as constraint,a dynamic scheduling optimization model of expressway emergency was built. Moreover,the Dijkstra algorithm was used to resolve the model. Finally,taking a certain expressway network in China as an example,the optimal solution of model was found by algorithm designed by the authors. Results show that optimum retrieval points and paths in need can be searched out of many alternative points by using this model quickly.
