摘　　要：结合实际工程数据,分析了不同城市餐厨垃圾的理化性质,对餐厨垃圾油脂分离原理进行研究。介绍了4种餐厨垃圾油脂分离工艺技术路线,并针对不同性质的餐厨垃圾提出差异化的处理建议。Combining with practical engineering data, the physicochemical properties of food waste in different cities were analyzed. The theory of grease separation for food waste was researched. Four kinds of grease separation technical routes were introduced, and some treatment suggestions on differentiation of food waste with different properties were proposed.
