摘　　要：湖南会展产业的发展需要科学把握循环经济的原理,综合考虑会展产业正外部性和产业链的整体性特征,运用生态学规律来指导会展经济活动,积极发展绿色会展产业。而绿色会展产业的发展,既要科学把握会展产业自身发展动力、技术革新和应该承担的社会责任等内在需求机制,又要在产业发展政策、产业布局、本土化会展产品开发、国际化会展意识、人才培养机制等外在措施方面加以激励。The development of Hunan exhibition industry should be taken into consideration in several aspects： acquiring recycling economy theory scientifically, considering the positive externality of exhibition industry and holistic feature of industrial chain, implementing ecological rule to guide economic activity of exhibition, positively developing green exhibition industry. And the progress of green exhibition industry requires many efforts. On one hand, it needs internal demand mechanism, such as seizing the development propulsion of exhibition industry scientifically, technological innovation and social responsibility. On the other hand,external incentive measures are also essential, e.g. industrial development policy, industry layout, localized product development,internationalized consciousness and talents training programs.
