高等教育国际化背景下省属高校人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：高等教育国际化对高校传统的人才培养模式提出了挑战。省属高校如何在高等教育国际化背景下更新教育理念,创新人才培养模式,是提高办学竞争力,获得新一轮发展的根本所在。文章通过对省属高校人才培养模式的研究,在办学理念、师资队伍、课程体系、合作交流方面提出了相关对策建议。The internationalization of higher education has challenged the traditional concepts of the talent-cultivation mode of the universities.In this context, the way how the provincial universities update educational concepts and innovate the talent-cultivation mode lays the foundation for them to adapt to the environmental changes, improve their educational competitiveness, and further to achieve new developments. By the study on the talent-cultivation mode of the provincial universities, suggestions are made on school concepts,teachers staff, curriculum system , cooperation and exchange.
